The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a claim by a large management company, JSC Solid Management, against the beneficiary of the international financial group Qiwi, Sergei Solonin, as follows from the information in the arbitration case file.

Also named as defendants are Qiwi Bank’s main owner Andrei Protopopov and other Qiwi executives. Solid Management is demanding recovery of more than 22.4 billion rubles from them.

The claim was submitted to the court on August 30 and has not yet been accepted for consideration. In total, ten people are listed as defendants in this case, in addition to those listed above, there are also other Qiwi executives: CFO Elena Nikonova, board members Alexey Mashchenkov, Maria Shevchenko, Oksana Sirotinina, Alexey Blagirev, Alexey Ivanov, Alexey Solovyov and Lev Krol.

In early July, Solid Management decided to sue Otkrytie FC. The Moscow Arbitration Court received a request demanding the recovery of 1.76 billion rubles from the bank. And at the end of August, Qiwi shareholders at the annual meeting approved renaming the company to NanduQ.
