Headhunter plans to allocate 35 billion rubles to pay dividends by 2024, BKS-Express announced this after a meeting between company representatives and investors.

According to the broker’s calculations, payments per share could amount to 690 rubles. With the cost of HeadHunter depositary receipts on the Moscow Exchange at the end of trading on August 9 at 3,908 rubles, the dividend yield for investors will be 18% per annum.
According to BKS-Express, Headhunter plans to pay dividends at least once a year and does not exclude the possibility of allocating more than 75% of its net profit for this purpose.
Following the start of trading in MKAO Headhunter shares, the company also intends to launch a buyback program (share buyback), the broker noted.
The CEO of MCPAO Headhunter Dmitry Sergienkov announced the possible resumption of dividend payments in August 2024. According to him, payments can begin after the company re-registration process is completed.
In March, HeadHunter received shareholder approval for re-domiciliation from Cyprus to Russia and subsequently launched the business re-registration process. HeadHunter’s new parent organization, MCAO Headhunter, was registered in the Kaliningrad region and received over 72% of the capital of HeadHunter Group Plc.
