RVB owns only 90% of the new subsidiary, the remaining 10% went to Artur Sautiev. The stake in the new company is the only mention of Sautiev in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Sautiev’s TIN corresponds to the classification adopted in North Ossetia.

Ilya Kim, known for being the sole owner and director of VB Tech, has been appointed CEO of VB Vladikavkaz. This company with a turnover of 6.8 billion rubles develops software. VB Tech’s net profit in 2023 amounted to almost 650 million rubles. According to Kontur-Focus data, the company employs 1,330 people.

“VB Vladikavkaz” will be engaged in warehousing, storage and transportation of goods. The organization is registered at Gadieva, 8, where the boiler house is now located (data from Google Maps). At the same address, the Vladikavkaz company “X Group. Engineering. Consulting. Construction” by Ruslan Taymazov is listed. It is not known how they are connected.

RVB LLC was founded in July 2024, 65% of which belongs to Tatyana Bakalchuk’s largest Russian market, Wildberries, and another 35% belongs to the Russ group. Bakalchuk transferred 27 of the largest subsidiaries to RVB, thereby combining their assets with the business of Russ brothers Robert and Levan Mirzoyan. VB Vladikavkaz became RVB’s 28th subsidiary. The merger of companies was approved by the FAS. According to Forbes, the merger was approved by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. All RVB subsidiaries had one owner: Wildberries LLC Sautiev became the first person to directly own a stake in an RVB subsidiary.

RVB declined to comment.

Vladislav Bakalchuk, the husband of the market founder Tatyana Bakalchuk, with whom he is in the process of divorcing, spoke out against the merger of Wildberries and the Russ Group. On September 18, the businessman arrived at his wife’s office and a shootout broke out at the entrance, resulting in the death of two security guards. Vladislav Bakalchuk was detained and charged with murder. The businessman owned 100% of WB Development, which was engaged in the construction of warehouses for WB. After a dispute between the spouses and a merger of companies with the Russ Group, the market refused Bakalchuk’s services. Wildberries reported that it is preparing a lawsuit against Vladislav Bakalchuk’s company for 27 billion rubles.
