Durov noted that recently the team of moderators used artificial intelligence to significantly improve search security on the platform and remove content that violates the rules.
Now the terms of use of the service clearly state that in case of legal requirements from the authorities, Telegram will transmit information about users who violate the law.
According to Durov, all these measures are aimed at preventing abuse of the platform and improving its security for almost a billion users.
