Space company SR Space closed its pre-IPO round and raised 1.5% of the planned amount

SR Space placed 8.5 thousand shares with a total value of 23.47 million rubles. Within the framework of the Pre-IPO, the company carried out an additional issue of 10% of shares (555.5 thousand shares). According to the initial plans outlined by the company, it was expected to attract 1.52 billion rubles.

According to a representative of SR Space, the preliminary collection of applications is closed, the company will place the remaining volume of the additional issue on the over-the-counter market until June 27, 2025, or until the placement of the last security that relates to this issue (whichever comes first).

Only people with qualified investor status participated in the pre-IPO round. Institutional investors will also participate in future placements.

The company noted that it assesses its Pre-IPO result as moderate “in the context of macroeconomic market conditions, a key rate that doubled during the application collection period, a general decline in the stock market and a volume extremely low risk investments. investments in Russia in recent years.”

In July, SR Space opened the application book for the Pre-IPO. The application deadline was extended twice and the deadline was set for October 3. In its presentation, SR Space reflected the consolidated revenue volume for 2023 at 183.3 million rubles. In 2024, the company expects revenue of 600 million rubles or more.

SR Space is a developer of ultralight and light suborbital and orbital rockets, small satellites and satellite constellations. In June 2024, the United States imposed sanctions on the company.
