“We are combining some functions within Mail, and now the team is focusing on developing the Shopping service, where the functionality of the Payment Center will be transferred,” Mail’s press service told RB.RU.
To pay fines and bills, the company recommended using the banking application or “Government Services.”
Pochta Mail launched the Payment Center in December 2019. With the help of the service, in particular, you can pay for housing and communal services, Internet, home telephone, cable television, mobile communications and fines.
VK also has a payment service, VK Pay, which has been operating on VKontakte since 2018. Through this platform you can also pay for mobile communications, internet and fines.
