They allege in court filings that Musk harbors a personal grudge against them, especially Agrawal.

The leaders are asking the court to lift the temporary ban on collecting evidence, which would allow them to “gather information for their claims.” Interestingly, thousands of former employees in less senior positions reportedly face similar challenges in receiving severance pay.
