On October 15, 2024, Chinese space agencies presented an ambitious plan consisting of three phases: by 2027, from 2028 to 2035, and from 2036 to 2050.
The first phase includes up to eight new missions, including exploration of the Moon with robotic probes.
The second phase will focus on establishing a Moon base, and in the third phase, China plans to carry out 30 missions to strengthen its leadership in space exploration.
Priority areas will be the search for habitable planets, the study of quantum mechanics and the nature of gravity.
China has already achieved successes such as providing lunar soil and now plans to unlock the secrets of the Universe by actively exploring Mars, Jupiter and exoplanets.
