Milk container maker Lambumiz announced IPO price range and trading start date

The manufacturer of packaging for milk and dairy products will offer investors additional shares. There is also a stabilization mechanism in the amount of up to 100 thousand shares, which will be valid for 30 days after the start of trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange.

The planned placement volume is 800 million rubles to 1 billion rubles, the proportion of shares in free-float after the end of the IPO may be approximately 10-12%. The placement price will be determined based on the results of the collection of applications, which will begin on October 23 and end on the 29th of the same month. The company and the existing shareholder will agree to restrict the sale of shares for 365 days after the IPO.

Trading in Lambumiz shares will begin on October 30 under the symbol LMBZ. The placement will be available to qualified and non-qualified Russian investors, both individual and domestic institutional investors.

The Company received indications of demand from institutional and large investors at prices within the announced price range, greater than 75% of the expected IPO size. The money raised during the placement will be used to “implement a long-term development strategy.”

• Lambumiz announced plans to hold an initial public offering in May. In July, the manufacturer’s shareholders approved the initiative and in October the company announced that it would make a public offering that same month.

• Representatives of Lambumiz consider it a leader among manufacturers of non-aseptic cardboard packaging for milk and dairy products. In 2023, Lambumiz PJSC’s revenue amounted to 2.6 billion rubles, and net profit – 313 million rubles, according to Rusprofile data.
