The KB5046617 update for Windows 11 24H2, released in November, caused many complaints. People are reporting installation errors: the process freezes at 35%, 37% or 40%, and the system shows error codes “0x800f0991” and “0x800f0922”. Some claim that even though the installation completed successfully, Windows settings show that the update has not been applied.
