These new products, based on the Zen 5 architecture, will be introduced at CES 2025 and will be the company’s next step in the enthusiast processor segment.

Ryzen 9 9950X3D is equipped with 16 cores and 32 threads, offering a total cache size of 144 MB, including 64 MB V-Cache.

The younger model, Ryzen 9 9900X3D, will have 12 cores, 24 threads and a total cache size of 140 MB. Both models support overclocking and are quite energy efficient, especially for gaming tasks.

These processors will continue the success of the bestseller Ryzen 7 9800X3D. AMD focuses on gamers and users who value the combination of performance and energy efficiency.

Exact clock speeds and TDP are not yet known, but the new products are expected to retain the 120 W figure.
