The applications were submitted to Rospatent on November 11 and appeared in the public database on November 13. The trademark applicant is the American legal entity Google LLC. From the application it follows that the legal support for registration is provided by the Russian LLC Seven Hills Legal.
Seven Hills’ website states that the company’s attorneys handle intellectual property and government regulation issues in the fields of telecommunications, media and technology.
One of the products Google has called for is the company’s new AI-based podcast recording service, Illuminate. It allows you to generate a dialogue between two presenters based on materials uploaded by users. One of the key features of the product is a larger context window: it is twice as large as its competitors OpenAI and Anthropic, with 2 million tokens.
The second product is the Gemini neural network developed by Google. On November 27, the company announced the launch of a mobile application with Gemini on Android and iOS.
