The Unirest company, which manages the Rostic’s (formerly KFC) brand in Russia, has launched a new restaurant format called Chick Stop. The first establishment opened its doors on December 5 in Moscow, the company’s press service informed RB.RU.

The new restaurant’s menu includes a dish not available at other Rostic locations: glazed chicken. It is served with various sauces and chips are offered as an appetizer. The menu also includes hot and cold drinks and desserts. The establishment has a capacity of 37 seats.
The company explained the launch of the new format with a request for diversity from customers. “The restaurant format, which is unique to us, allows us, among other things, to be more flexible in development both in small towns and in cities with more than a million inhabitants in small areas,” added Maxim Rogachev, director of the Unirest business development department. He said Chick Stop will be an innovative platform for the chain to test new menu offerings.
Previously, a combo with collectible figures appeared for the first time at Rostic’s. The set includes a drink, fries and your choice of burger, nuggets or wrap. In total, the chain will launch 10 toys in the shape of dogs of different breeds. They will be available in restaurants until March 2, 2025.
