On the afternoon of December 12, Wildberries users complained about a market failure, according to data from the portals “Sboy.RF” and Downdetector.su. The total number of complaints reached almost 600.

Reports of problems began to arrive at approximately 12:00 Moscow time. Marketplace customers noted difficulties placing orders and making payments. “I picked up the products today at Wildberries. A message appeared that the products were being processed, but in your personal account the products still appear as unpaid! And I can’t order new products!” wrote one user.
The peak of complaints about the operation of Wildberries on Downdetector.su occurred at 14:25 Moscow time, at which time 73 users reported technical problems. At the latest at 14:00 Moscow time, on “Sboi.RF” the number of problem reports reached 97.
“Some users may experience difficulties with the operation of the service. The causes of the anomaly have been eliminated and the service will be fully restored in the near future,” RB.RU was informed in the market’s press service.
