As Thiel said on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored talk show, in the 2000s in Silicon Valley, Elon Musk was known as the man who created two “super crazy” companies: Tesla Automobile and SpaceX.

“If only one of them succeeded, you could still say it was just a big stroke of luck,” Thiel said. “But the fact that, at first glance, they both achieved success, incredible success, says something, you know.” “Elon knows something about risk that the rest of us don’t.”

The billionaire added that Elon Musk’s actions seem “crazy and risky,” but his methods somehow work.

“I think you understand [риске] something we don’t understand. It is difficult to express it in words. “I’m not sure I can put it into words either,” Thiel added.

In an interview, the PayPal co-founder concludes that “you should never bet against Elon.”

“Peter is right on every count,” Musk wrote on his X account in response to an excerpt from Thiel’s interview.
