The Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of the Interior launched a car buying and selling service in Gosuslugi, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Research reported. A contract template is already built in there, the service automatically checks the car for warranties and other stopping factors.

Now a vehicle sales contract can be concluded completely online, it will have the same legal meaning as the one signed on paper.

The sales contract template is already integrated into the service. The transaction can be completed without a face-to-face meeting between the seller and the buyer.

The developers of the service assure that filling out and signing the contract by both parties will not take more than 10 minutes. During the transaction, the service automatically checks whether restrictions have been placed on the car, if desired, whether it is pawned.

Mandatory conditions to use the service: the seller and the buyer must be over 18 years of age, have verified accounts in "Gosuslugi", as well as the "Goskey" application installed on the phone (with the help of which the seller and the buyer sign the contract).

  1. The seller begins to complete the contract by selecting the correct vehicle from the list of vehicles owned by him.
  2. The vehicle data is filled in automatically, after which the vehicle is verified. If any of the checks fail, both the seller and the buyer are warned about it.
  3. The contract is signed using the State Key application.
  4. The buyer registers the car within 10 days.
