An electronic queue has been opened on the IKEA website. The company promises to return users to the ikea.ru website “as soon as possible.”

IKEA leaves Russia and before that announced an online sale. Users expect it to start on July 5.

IKEA has opened an electronic queue on the web

Going to the retailer's website, users are brought to the "wait page" and receive a message that they are "in an automated queue."

“The waiting time depends on the number of users on the site at the same time and can take a few minutes or more than an hour. Please do not refresh this page lest the system take you to the end of the queue," the notice reads.

The retailer's stores in Russia closed in early March. On June 15, IKEA announced plans to sell four of its factories in the Russian Federation and scale back business in the country. On July 5, the sale of the online retailer began, but that same day it was suspended due to technical problems.

On July 8, another message appeared about the online sale being suspended, the retailer reporting that it was "processing accepted orders." The company promised to open sales after the weekend of July 9-10.
