About 54% of respondents noted that Russian software turned out to be worse than their expectations, but adequate for solving basic work problems. 42% stated that the national software meets their needs and expectations. 2% of respondents noted that the national software exceeded their expectations, another 2% said they do not recommend its use.
According to 41% of the study participants, domestic analogues are inferior to foreign ones in terms of productivity, and 39% point out their insufficient functionality.
Among the advantages of domestic software, respondents highlighted a user-friendly interface (46%), the presence of the necessary functionality (44%) and understandable technical documentation and guides for working with the product (39%). However, 22% of respondents noted a lack of quality documentation and 18% noted unsatisfactory technical support.
In total, 1.2 thousand mid- and senior-level specialists from companies with more than 250 employees and revenues of more than 2 billion rubles per year participated in the study.
On January 16, a survey conducted by the Habra company and the Ecopsi consulting firm showed that 87% of Russian IT specialists consider the Aviasales service to be the most attractive company to work for. Also in the top five are Positive Technologies, Avito, Kaspersky Lab and 2GIS. Among the top 10 were Dodo Engineering, HeadHunter, Ozon, T-Bank and Selectel.
