According to Avito, last year’s interest in the finished business fell by 9% in annual terms. In the company, this is associated with a decrease in the availability of loans. The purchase of a franchise, as a rule, implies less investment than a finished business: in 2024, the latter cost on average 2 million rubles, and the average works (unique rate for the owner of the franchise for the use of a brand and a business model) amounted to 1 million rubles, indicated in “Avito”.
The expert Frashiza.ru Anna Rozhdestvenskaya told the newspaper that the activity in the franchise market in the second half of the year was less than in the first. One of the reasons was an increase in the key rate of the Central Bank, which exerted pressure on the market. The greatest profitability of bank deposits also contributed to the fact that some entrepreneurs decided to postpone the opening of their business and keep savings.
According to Avito estimates, the retailers of the retailers, which represented 25% of all demand, were the largest demand last year. During the year, its participation increased by 10 percentage points. The analysts explained this growth in an increase four times in the proposal in the retail segment.
The franchises of the catering companies took second place in popularity, but their participation in the structure of the demand during the past year decreased by 3 percentage points. And amounted to 15%. Avito experts explain the negative trend with a general decrease in the interest of entrepreneurs in the opening of new restaurants due to market saturation.
The demand for franchises of market issuance orders for a year decreased by 23%, said the co -founder of Topfranchise Viktor Bolshakov. According to the partner of the Consulting Company Neo Vladimir Promchenko, the hardening of the competition between PVZ in large cities reduces the motivation of entrepreneurs to open them.
