Mev-1 was first combined with IS-901 in 2020 and in the “cemetery” orbit, where old satellites live their age. Although the equipment remained served, a satellite worth $ 250 million due to lack of fuel was disabled. Mev-1, the control of orbit and orientation by seizing the IS-901 for five years returned to the system. After the task is completed, the Mev-1 returned to the “cemetery” orbit and is now preparing to protect the next customer.
