The Geekbench database published information about the Nothing model with the number A001T. The device is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, 8 GB RAM and runs on Android 15 operating system. In single-core tests, the smartphone scored 1003 points and in multi-core tests it scored 2925 points.
As GizmoChina points out, the Dimensity 7300 processor has a similar name to its predecessor, but is less powerful but also more energy efficient. While there are four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.5 GHz, the Dimensity 7200 Pro has two Cortex-A715 cores at 2.8 GHz.
Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is equipped with APU 655 AI chip in 7300 and APU 650 AI chip in 7200 Pro, Mali-G615 MP2 graphics processor in 7300, LPDDR5 3200 MHz RAM, UFS 3.1 non-volatile memory. The model received an Imagiq 950 camera with a resolution of 200 MP and 4K HDR support.
Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is expected to be offered with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
