Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko said that the leaders were followed by the Tyumen and Novosibirsk regions, as well as the Republic of Tatarstan. The platform was created to share ready-made technological solutions between regions.

The government plans to attract all constituent entities of the Russian Federation to use the portal when introducing artificial intelligence. This will prevent duplication of developments and enable successful practices to be replicated more effectively.

Earlier, Rospatent head Yuri Zubov said that in the first three quarters of 2025, Russian developers sent more than 30,000 applications to the agency for registration of computer programs and databases.
