Terms of the deal and valuation of the start-up were not disclosed. The company will use the money received for technological development and expansion of its international presence.

Exodrive is a digital platform to evaluate the driving profile, track violations, prevent or minimize risks, analyze aspects of vehicle operation.

Exodrive’s four main services are Driver Scoring, Primary Collision Alert, Collision Reconstruction and Geo-Analysis. Solutions are presented in SaaS and PaaS models.

Now “hundreds of thousands” of crashes have been digitized into the Exodrive database, machine learning algorithms are used in scoring. Exodrive has developed its own accident tracker, which, in the event of an impact, manages to transmit an accident signal.

“The agreement is a logical continuation of the development of intelligent transportation systems at Softline <…>. Exodrive solutions are at the intersection of IoT and InsurTech. The integration of IoT devices to receive data from a wide range of sources and the increased use of telematics devices in the transportation and automotive sectors will stimulate demand for IoT insurance around the world,” said Elena Volotovskaya, Fund Director. Exodrive was founded by Igor Heresh in 2022, an expert in IoT and navigation technologies. In 1999, Heres graduated from the Moscow University of Energy, received an MBA from the Brno Technical University, and studied crisis management at the Stockholm School of Economics. For several years he held top positions at Beyerdynamic, Toyland and others.
