The Sindika group of companies, billionaire and senator from Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov, has acquired the premium hypermarket chain Globus Gourmet. The deal closed on August 15, its amount was not disclosed.
Restaurateur Arkady Novikov and Pinskiy & Co owner Anton Pinsky, several managers of Globus Gourmet sold their shares. Novikov and Pinsky stayed on, but became minority shareholders, Forbes has learned.
