The use of robots as janitors is not new for a long time. Some of them mow the grass, others collect snow. In contrast, Yarbo’s standalone modular robotic janitor can perform many functions at once, such as mowing lawns, clearing paths from snowdrifts, and removing fallen leaves and other debris.

Yarbo’s basic motor element is a block on a rubber caterpillar, any of the m is attached to it. So, the gas mower module is deployed by a number of rotating blades. The parameters of the mowed grass are up to 50 cm wide and from 3 to 10 cm in height.

The snow plow module sucks up any snow height up to 30 cm and scatters it from the side for 1 racist

And finally, a module designed for cleaning leaves and small debris. It is equipped with an enhanced fan that consumes airflow at a speed of 190 km / h, which, according to the Safir-Simpson scale, corresponds to … a Category 3 hurricane. The flow can be adjusted using a special application.

From collisions with laboratories, Yarbo protects the radar of the millimeter tablet and the camera. The robot wiper is well oriented in terms of GPS and can see the light in an optimal way. wires and special navigation beacons are not required along the route, which is something that large-generation lawn-carrying robots cannot boast of.

The Yarbo Lawnmower is available on Kickstarter for $2,600 (retail price could be $4,400). With all the expected pulses, it will cost $3,700 and $6,700, respectively. In the future, they promise to create other harvesting modules. The robot janitor should go on sale in December.
