Russian government agencies, banks, telecom operators and other structures that act as subjects of critical statistics (CII) no longer purchase foreign software even if it does not have domestic manufacturers, Vedomosti reports.
To solve functional problems, CII includes an increase in the activity of Russian software.

The document says that the share of Russian and Eurasian software at significant CII facilities in the industry should be 10% by the end of 2022, compared to August. By the end of 2023, this share should be 40%. In the period from 2024 to 2027, all software at KII facilities must be 100% domestic. [Ведомости]
