Using emoji in video calls and meetings is now available on the web version of Google Meet, Meet Hardware, and iOS phones (feature coming soon to Android).
Happy, angry, surprised and other smileys will be displayed as a small floating badge in the left corner of the sender’s screen. All selections will have options for skin tones. When multiple user interactions occur, people will see a series of emojis on the left side of the screen. How to use new features in Google Meets
