Sber will introduce a line of smart speakers with Salyut on January 30. One of the models will belong to the lower price segment. Unlike Yandex and VK, Sber does not yet produce smart speakers in its classic version.
A source familiar with the details told Kommersant about the upcoming presentation of smart speakers from SberDevices.
The devices will have a built-in Salyut voice assistant from Sberbank. One of the column models that the company is going to show will be presented in the lower price segment. The post does not provide other details of the presentation.
Sberbank, unlike VK Yandex, does not yet have a smart speaker in its classic design.
At the end of December 2022, Sber announced the release of “something useful and cool” on its telegram channel. The only detail of the novelty, which was disclosed by the company, was the presence of the assistant Salyut in the device.
Earlier it became known that SberDevices received the right to supply tablets and laptops under its own brand to the EAEU countries. According to Kommersant, the devices have already started testing and will be brought to the consumer market.
