The company’s contracts with employees in Russia, according to interlocutors of the publication, will cease to operate on February 15, 2023. Already on March 1, Ingenico intends to stop working on the territory of the Russian Federation. At the same time, terminal technical support will be carried out until the end of March.

Sources also claim that Ingenico devices are used by Sberbank, VTB and Promsvyazbank. In the first two, they did not respond to the publication’s request, Promsvyazbank said that the organization was working on a gradual replacement of terminal equipment and software.

Ingenico has a subsidiary in Russia, OOO Ingenico, the company has been on the market since 2007. The global office of the supplier told RBC that they had transferred 100% of the shares to their “daughter” in the summer.
