Solution provider in the field of digital transformation and information security, Softline Group of Companies has formed the Board of Directors. It included five company representatives and four independent directors.
In the fall, the international IT company Softline sold its Russian business to its founder Igor Borovikov for $1. Also following the transaction, Borovikov’s stake in SGI Limited was diluted.
After the division in Russia, the company continued to work under the brand “Softline Group of Companies”.
The members of the Board of Directors of the Softline Group of Companies are:

- Independent Director Boris Shcherbakov
- Independent Director Vsevolod Rozanov
- Vladimir Lavrov, CEO of Softline
- Artyom Tarakanov, CFO of Softline
- Elena Volotovskaya, Vice President of Investments at Softline
- Softline Vice President Tagir Yapparov
- Softline Legal Director Vladimir Razuvaev
The company clarified that the key task of the Board of Directors will be to work on Softline’s long-term strategy with emphasis on the main growth points of the business.
As Yulia Solovieva, General Manager of Google for Emerging Markets EMEA in Dubai, noted, as Chair of the Board of Directors of Softline Group of Companies, she will focus on business development both in the Russian Federation and abroad, and will also pay attention to preserving company culture and core values.
In addition to the formation of the Board of Directors, the structure decided to change the company name from Softline Trade JSC to Softline JSC.
The number of announced ordinary shares of Softline JSC was also determined in the amount of 200,001,000 pieces.
