Russian hotels operating according to the all-inclusive standard will have to offer guests domestic alcoholic beverages during lunch and dinner. Also, the volumes must be unlimited. This is reported by the TASS agency with reference to the standard “Accommodation facilities services” approved by Rosstandart “all inclusive” and “ultra all inclusive”.
The requirements for the all-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive formats are set for the first time. They enter into force on June 30 of this year.
“Russian-made alcoholic beverages are presented in unlimited quantities at the buffet for lunch and dinner, as well as at the point of additional food: beer – at least one type, red / dry white / semi-sweet wine – at least three types , strong alcohol: no less than two types and cocktails based on it”, the document explains.
Similar rules apply to soft drinks, hot and cold. They should be presented in unlimited quantities on the buffet, but the requirements for the manufacturer are not specified. As a standard, guests must be offered a minimum of three types of mocktails.
As for the ultra all-inclusive system, guests must have access to five types of strong alcohol, both domestic and foreign brands. Also, guests should be presented with at least five types of cocktails, which are based on strong alcohol.
And if the hotel has five stars, sparkling wine will be served for breakfast in unlimited quantities.
Less luxurious three-star all-inclusive hotels must have at least two bars, and if they are four-star, at least three bars. In all-inclusive five-star hotels, guests will need to provide at least four bars. At the same time, in the “ultra all inclusive” system, at least one bar must work at any time of the day.

Food and drinks in the “buffet” should not be repeated more than once a week. According to the new rules, in the morning guests should be offered breakfast cereals, various cheeses, fish and meat, salads, pancakes and pancakes, casseroles and dairy dishes, as well as cereals and muesli. Lunch and dinner must include at least eight cold entrees and up to six main course options. Also, guests should be offered fruits, desserts and sweets. For lunch, visitors can choose between two or three soups. A children’s menu must be provided for minors.

These establishments must have a dietary and vegetarian menu. In addition to the standard assortment, guests can choose between fruit and ice cream. In addition, this format includes food and drinks on the beach.
