For me, the safety and removal of gadgets that I use every day is very important. This is especially true of a smartphone, which constantly helps in work and without which I cannot imagine my day.

Like most people, I have had many years of using cases and protective cases for my iPhones to prevent damage. But a few weeks ago I took off the original leather case, peeled off the annoying Chinese film with the screen, and …

And I fell in love with my smartphone again. In fact, without external accessories, this gadget fits perfectly on the hand, it is inconvenient to use, and the fear of scratching or breaking the iPhone turned out to be too far-fetched.

Also, without the film, the screen becomes brighter, so I even had to lower the value of this parameter in action. Let it be small, but still it saves the battery, which means that my smartphone works a little longer without recharging.

3. Damage resistance

Several weeks of use. Not a single scratch.

The main argument in favor of using covers and protective glasses, among other things, is to protect the gadget from possible physical damage. How many times have you heard and watched videos in your life, in your iPhones you literally scratched on the air – you can’t count! But in fact, everything is completely different.

All modern smartphones, including the iPhone, are made of durable materials and have a margin of safety on the screen. In my memory, for all the time I have been using iPhones, only once I managed to put a scratch on the screen. This seems to have happened to the iPhone 7, which is a very long time ago.

The cameras are in excellent condition, although they are encountered every day with the surface of the table.

An unexpected bonus that can be felt after giving up accessories is saving money. Of course, if you declare the Chinese areas of covers and films on scales, at a few dollars per kilogram, then the savings will not be tangible.

But if you buy only original covers, films and glasses, polite employees in the accessories store stick them on for 1000-1500 rubles, then it’s another matter.

Personally, I decided to just save money every time I want to buy a new case. In a few weeks, about three thousand rubles have already accumulated.

In addition, by forgoing accessories, you create better outdoors. I understand that this is a concern for someone who really cares little, but still: a lot of manufacturers from plastic and other non-degradable materials, but refuse these accessories that you contribute to reducing the negative impact on the environment.
