The system is trained on the basis of pre-made decisions by moderators and blocked cards. It works in pre-mode mode, that is, it checks products before they appear on the site. In difficult situations, the system can send the board for manual inspection.

According to Ozon, about 20% of new cards added by merchants are now automatically moderated. Sellers add more than 1 million new product names per day. The company plans to transfer product verification entirely to the algorithm in the future.

Auto-checking reduces card processing time to three minutes; this is ten times faster than manual inspection.
