If you take this screenshot using one of the applications, and then crop it and save it in the same file, then the cut data will still be available for viewing.
With the necessary code, hackers see the hidden part of the file.
The problem only affects screenshots taken in the manner described above. If a person develops a disease, part of the screen or cover up information, then Windows does not save anything extra. [The Verge]
