Then many decided that the evacuation was checked and not real. But now Brad Sams, vice president of Stardock software, has decided to take his word for it. According to him, the screenshots show the latest version of Microsoft’s operating system.

So proof that the company is testing a new user interface was found in Windows 11 Dev Build 25300. Experts found three options in the operating system:

  1. Hide the clock in the taskbar.
  2. Hide the time and date in the taskbar.
  3. Hide the time and date information on the taskbar.

Enabling the first two options or the last will result in a Windows 12 design very similar to the leaked screenshot.

Sams believes the screenshot may indeed be a prototype of a future operating system codenamed Next Valley.

That said, it’s worth noting that more details about Windows 12 have yet to be revealed. But given that the first leaks are already there, we can count on them to occur more and more frequently in the future.
