On May 19, the RBC Event Center in Moscow will host the DeepFoodTech 2023 international conference on ways to solve the global food problem facing humanity today. As part of the event, manufacturers of alternative products will be able to present their products for free at the Food Alley of the Future exhibition.

The Future Food Alley exhibit is designed to help FoodTech entrepreneurs promote their project by introducing alternative products to event guests and finding potential partners and investors. It will work throughout the day of the conference, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Participation in the exhibition is free, but it is important that the product is truly alternative or alternatively produced. For example, in the “Food Alley of the Future” in 2021, manufacturers were presented:

vegetables grown on vertical farms;

hemp products;
-
food printed on a 3D printer;

protein obtained from insect larvae;

bread made with cricket flour.
In addition, the costs of stand design, logistics and organization are borne by the participant; the organizers will provide only one place at the exhibition free of charge.
