According to the scientist, the internet is a practical necessity for a number of other socio-economic human rights. For example, you can find a job via the Internet, manage your finances and business, apply for social security and receive training.

The scientist urges government agencies to provide free internet access to those who can’t afford it, as well as provide training in basic digital skills for all citizens.
