According to her, the emerging practice of the additional liquidation of personal income tax for excess expenses over income “directs people to declare all income subject to tax.”
Egorova also noted that, in itself, the excess of expenses over income does not mean the emergence of a tax base for the taxpayer, however, due to the difficulty of proving receipt of income, in fact, the burden of the test is currently offset. to the taxpayer.
