From March 20 to April 7, 2023, Superjob conducted a survey of more than 1,000 respondents from 257 settlements in all regions of Russia and found that 39% of those planning a summer corporate party want to meet the budget of the last year.
19% do not believe in this possibility – businessmen are sure that they will have to spend more, 32% cannot give an unequivocal answer to the question. Another 10% will try to manage even less.
The most popular formats of summer team building events are outdoor trips, laser tag, sports days, soccer games, and contests.
