However, shoppers can still visit other pickup locations, including Whole Foods, Kohl’s, and Amazon stores, and drop off their packages for free. An Amazon spokesperson said the company still offers free returns to customers and that the new fee will only apply to “very few” customers.

Previously, Amazon had decided to ban the sale of Flipper Zero pocket multi-tools, also called “tamagotchi for hackers” on its site. The company believes these devices can be used to loot bank cards and violate the rules of the marketplace.
