The MTS company received 15% in the developer of solutions in the field of Internet of Things for the environment of the Transport LLC Project, writes Interfax.
SPARK-Interfax data shows the deal closed on April 13. Yury and Maria Visnevsky act as sellers. Based on the results of the sale, their shares rose to 8.5% and 76.5%, respectively.
Earlier it was reported that the mobile operator is going to acquire more than 50% in the “Environment Project”. Kommersant sources then estimated the potential deal at 1.5-2 billion rubles.
MTS declined to comment on the purchase.
Proektnaya Sreda LLC was registered in 2016 in St. Petersburg by Mariy Visnevskaya. The authorized capital of the company is 10 thousand rubles. In 2021, the revenue of Proektnaya Sreda amounted to 97.3 million rubles, the net profit for the same year is estimated at 28.1 million rubles.
In March, MTS acquired 100% of DY Technologies, which is building a plant for the production of import-substituting components for cars.
