Rabota.ru HR service automated resume selection using artificial intelligence. The system will make an independent selection of the relevant candidates and will take into account even those who indicated in the CV a position that does not correspond to the vacancy.
The press service of the Rabota.ru service spoke about the launch of a new automatic resume selection function.
Artificial intelligence technology was introduced into the system for the automated selection of suitable candidates. The selection for the employer will include even those resumes that indicate a position that does not fully correspond to the vacancy.
“The automatic selection option will help employers to improve the quality of selection and find relevant candidates, especially for “infrequent” vacancies,” said Vladimir Koritsky, commercial director of Rabota.ru.
The automatic selection function will immediately notify the employer about the appearance of new candidates for a vacancy, Koritsky added.
According to a survey by Rabota.ru, more than half of Russian employers expect the staff shortage to continue in the second quarter of 2023. About a third of respondents believe that many active candidates will hit the job market.
