It is called Node and resembles a smartphone device weighing 192 grams, the lightest light on the camera n. The device is a unified module of the Somewear Grid platform, which serves to exchange data between random people in any conditions.
Unlike classic military radios, where a separate device is responsible for connecting to the Internet, you have to connect to others, the Node is an active module with full automation.
