Most Russian companies need to attract up to 10 new employees every month, showed a survey by the services SberPodbor and Rabota.ru, which is available to RB.RU.
Average monthly need of companies for new employees:
- the need to hire up to 10 new employees was reported by 67%,
- a quarter (26%) of companies need between 11 and 50 new employees per month,
- 3% of companies need 51-100 new candidates for the position,
- about 2% of companies need 100-500 new employees and the same number – more than 500 employees per month.
SberPodbor and Rabota.ru told RB.RU that the industries that need a large number of staff are the agricultural industry, industry, trade and retail.
The average monthly budget of companies for the search for employees
- 60% of companies in Russia allocate less than 50 thousand rubles per month to search for employees, and 16% – from 50 to 100 thousand rubles,
- 2% of respondents spend on recruitment from 100 to 200 thousand rubles and from 200 to 500 thousand rubles per month,
- only 1% of companies allocate more than 500 thousand rubles for search,
- 19% have a different budget for hiring.
About 300 employers from Rabota.ru and SberPodbor from all regions of Russia participated in the study. The survey was conducted in April 2023.
