It’s worth noting that Musk is already known for his negative attitude towards the work-from-home policy and banned Twitter to company employees after he bought it. He was even more emotional in a recent interview with CNBC, claiming that working from home reduces productivity.
Recall that in June 2022, Musk introduced a rather strict “return” to office policy for Tesla employees, warning that they would lose their jobs if they refused to do so.
Employees must spend at least 40 hours per week in the office; less will be considered “not at full strength”.
