Flamingo solves a real problem: Because the video creation process is much more streamlined than the traditional YouTube video format, short video creators often do not include metadata.

Thus, the new Google model makes a great contribution to the operation of the platform. At the same time, it is reported that the explanations created by artificial intelligence will not be visible to users.

The search giant noted that Flamingo already applies auto-generated descriptions to newly uploaded short videos. In addition, the model applied them to a large number of existing videos, including the most watched.
