The PR firm and Twitter ended their partnership in November, but the company claims the social media giant is ignoring payment requests. This isn’t the first time Twitter has been accused of non-payment, as 10 vendors have filed lawsuits against the company since Musk’s acquisition.

In addition to the PR firm’s lawsuit, three former executives, including former CEO Parag Agrawal, have sued Twitter for more than $1 million in legal fees. Bloomberg also reported that Twitter has made over $10 million in late payments to various small companies, from public relations services to branded products. Sellers complained that Twitter stopped responding personally and instead gave automatic replies, causing them to think their messages were being processed by a bot.
