As a user of the Xbox app on Windows, you sometimes encounter the issue of no longer receiving notifications. Of course, that’s not how it should be. If you want to fix this problem, you have some solutions at your disposal. We will overcome these together with you.
There may be several issues preventing you from receiving notifications from the Xbox app. Before analyzing the application, we look at environmental issues that can cause obstacles.
It is possible that Windows’ concentration aid is turned on. Then you will no longer receive notifications from any apps. Hungry Settingsgo system and bass concentration aid† Select Off and check if you are getting notifications again now.
Still not? Then open the Xbox app, select your account and Settings† Select the option here Notifications and then check if the app is sending any notifications.

Also, check if Windows can send notifications in general. open it Center of motion and bass Manage notifications† Look down Get notifications from apps and other senders when in the slider Outside situation. If the controller is blue, it is on.

- Move the slider to the left (if not already)
