If you wish, you can unsubscribe from these e-mail lists.

If you want to use a song on this website for something you publish online, you can check the license type of the song by going to the song’s page and looking at the bottom right of the license type and what it means. You can even contact the artist via a link if you need additional permissions. You can browse by genre, Creative Commons license type, and curator.
When you find something you want to download, all you have to do is click the down arrow without needing an account. The songs are provided with a bitrate of 256 kbps to 320 kbps, but the artwork is sadly missing.
Big names like the Alabama Shakes, The Civil Wars, and Imagine Dragons also started their careers at ReverbNation by making their music available to fans for free. You’ll find basically all genres of music on this platform, but the majority are either pop or hip-hop. With nearly four million active artists, labels, and users, there’s a lot to find on ReverbNation.

In addition, there are many services where you can download songs for a fee. A well-known platform is Bandcamp, for example, where you can discover and support artists in an accessible way. An alternative is Amazon, the Download Store. For a few euros you can download songs from a fairly large catalog.
