An important change compared to previous years may be the delivery of the following Samsung Galaxy S24 scheduled to leave Jan. 17 as shippers may return.
Journalist WinFutureRoland Quandt, confirmed in X that two new Samsung chargers are being worked on. It is reported that the first charger will be the Samsung Charger Duo 50W with two USB-C ports for fast wired charging.
This is an important caveat: it looks like the base Galaxy S24 won’t be able to take full advantage of the new 45W charger, as the phone is said to only support 25W charging.
Presumably, the Galaxy S24 can get a good charge from a 4,000mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S24 Plus may have the largest battery of any Plus model at 4,900mAh. Unfortunately, the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s battery will be the same as all other Ultras, with a capacity of 5,000 mAh.
